Baby Cot

If you require a baby cot, please contact Reception - they will be happy to set this up for you

A small portable refrigerator can be provided to store chilled baby milk

 

Bedroom

A good night's sleep is very important. If you require additional pillows please let us know as we can provide extra ones. Similarly, if you require a fan in warmer weather or additional heating please speak to one of our team

 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our Restaurant from 8am - 9:30am Monday to Sunday. Please advise us if you have any special dietary requirements

 

Car Parking

The car park is located at the rear of the building and we have an electric car charging point. You have to download the app to be able to use the charging point>

 

Check Out

Check out time is 11am - if you require a later check out, or wish to extend your stay, please contact Reception. An additional charge of £20 will be applied for a later check out. If checking out before 8.00am please settle the bill the night before, or alternatively, you can settle your bill online. We ask that you leave your key in the lock on the outside of your bedroom door upon departure via one of the exits. If you wish to continue exploring our beautiful town or surrounding areas after check out time, you are welcome to continue using our car park until required. Please note that the hotel is not liable for any personal belongings left behind

Dining

Our Restaurant is open Monday to Saturday 12:00 - 14:30 for lunch and 18:00 - 20:30 for dinner. On a Sunday the time is 12:00 - 17:30. If you wish to make a reservation, contact or head down to reception where we can allocate you a table. Our tables do get booked up quickly by our guests and non-residents, therefore we would strongly recommend booking a table on arrival

 

'Do not Disturb'

If you need some down time or a bit of privacy, please leave the 'Do not Disturb' sign on the outside door handle

 

Hairdryers

Hairdryers are located in either the dressing table draw or located in the wardrobe hanging space

 

Iron/Ironing Board

Please ask a team member or Reception and we will bring one to your room

 

Lost & Found

All found items are stored at Reception for 3 months. Please contact Reception if you are missing anything after check out

 

Medical Service

A small portable refrigerator can be provided to store medicines that require chilling

 

Menus

A copy of our food and drinks menu are located in the bedroom for your convenience. Please note that we do not offer room service facilities

 

Out of Hours Contact

Our Reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. If you require assistance during opening hours, please speak to a member of our team

 

Out of Hours Entry Into The Hotel

If you arrive back at the hotel after 23:00 we ask that you use the residents' entrance at the left-hand side of the building where you drive into the carpark. For access to rooms 8 and 9, please use the double glass doors at the rear of the building

 

Personal Hygiene

Please refrain from flushing sanitary products down our toilets. Please use the hygiene bags provided and place in the waste bin located within the bathroom

We provide a lovely range of shower gel, shampoo etc for all our guests to use and we kindly ask guests not to remove these from the room. £15 per bottle will be added onto your account if we find the products are missing upon check out. You are more than welcome to purchase unused bottles of our products at £10 each from Reception

 

Public Transport

Contact reception for more information on how to get around the area. As we are in the heart of the Cotswolds, public transport is limited. Our local train stations are either Swindon or Kemble and the bus stations are Swindon or Cirencester. You can take the No. 51 bus route for Swindon to Cirencester to Cheltenham

 

Smoking / Vaping

Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor areas. Smoke detectors are located in each bedroom and corridors. Please note that there is a £150 penalty fine for smoking in your room
